Let's just skim over my long absence shall we?
I admire those of you who manage to post everyday, post routinely. Such discipline! I guess I went away from this whole online thing for a while, lived a bit, slept a lot and got a little bit lost with things, in mostly a good way. But uni has resumed which means some structure and a whole lot of odd moments alone at night when I finally have the urge to wade through my photos and post something.
Here are photos from a mini-trip we took to Melbourne this holidays!
Enjoy.

Looking intelligent
I've still got heaps of photos from the trip left to post so I'll keep it short. Having last visited Melbourne when I was waist high, I had no recollection of it at all. Can I just say though, Melbourne is amazing. I can see why it's one of the most livable cities in the world!
We spent the first couple of days just exploring the city by ourselves (scored a great deal on a hotel right in the thick of it). Wandered around the alleyways, laneways, ate at cute little cafes and restaurants and did some general normal sightseeing.
And of course the slightly strange, like following a wedding procession, befriending a chauffeur (sweet car, right?), losing exorbitant amounts of money at Crown Casino at 1 in the morning, and crashing an artsy book launch and signing where we drank champagne and pretended/attempted to appreciate the obscure art books.
As for the next couple of days, I shall post about them soon!
Stay gold.
