It is spring. I can start to smell it, and for the past few days I have been inexplicably happy. It's amazing how much the weather affects my mood, but I'm pretty sure my fellow Sydneysiders are letting out a collective whoop of joy too. Most notably, this weekend I finally got off my ass and did something I could not bring myself to do for the past few months.

Hit the gym.

Soon I will be able to show off my impressive deltoids and gastrocnemii...

Moving on. These are some snaps from here and there this week:

|Mom's homemade sushi | Spring, seen in my tiny 'garden' from the kitchen | Stained glass windows outside Central Station | Building seen from the station | Five O's bistro/bar, Coogee | 4'o'clock sunlight |

Some of these pictures have been sitting in my drafts for a couple of days because I couldn't decide on whether to post them or not. I still don't know if the graininess makes them look completely awful or if I like them?

Anyway, I'm a little brain-dead right now from a slightly traumatic anatomy exam today but relieved that after friday, I am on a break for a week! There's still a lot of crap I need to do but a break is always welcome, and I've already got a few upcoming funtimes with friends planned. Who even says 'funtimes' anyway...

All in all: Life Goes On. I'm pretty glad I get to document it here, and to be honest I'm a little surprised this little blog has lasted so long! I remember when I first started out, blogging about the mundanities of my life like anyone even cared, and the 5 page hits I got each day (all from me, yeah bitches). Now, almost 100 posts later I realise how rewarding/addictive it is. I guess its all the lovely commenters, visitors and the blogs I get to stalk almost obsessively. It does also make me reflect more about and appreciate the things I see daily and the subtle movements of my life. So thanks :)

I can't even believe how long it took me to type this up and edit to an adequately coherent level. Not feeling it tonight. Probably need some sleep. I will be sure to do a lot of lurking on the interwebz these coming days so watch out! Laters.

  1. I know exactly what you mean regarding blogging. It is also incredible how your blog develops overtime! I looked back the other day to my earlier posts and compared them to my current ones and I realised that I have now found my own personal way of sharing with you all my little adventures in fashion et al.
